Appraisal Services:

This is an option available to the insured if a claim has been denied or adjuster states no damage, and the insurance company denies any liability for damages.

 We will negotiate on behalf of the insured as an independent appraiser This includes negotiating the loss for payment. Inspection of loss with the opposing appraiser. Reaching an agreement for damages and payment with the opposing appraiser.


Cost: $500.00 or 5% of the Settlement Paid
(Whichever is Greater)

Full-Service Inspection

Full-Service Inspection includes, Scoping and Estimate Writing.

We will inspect the property with or without the adjuster for damages, including all elevations, roof, and interior We will create scope notes & take photos We will write a complete repair estimate in Xactimate. Negotiate the claim on your behalf with the insurance company. 

 

 Cost: 10% of RCV of Estimate 

Estimate Writing

We use your scope notes, measurements, and photos

We will write a complete repair estimate in Xactimate Negotiate the claim on your behalf with the insurance company.

 

Cost: 5% of RCV of Estimate 

Supplement Writing

We use your scope notes, measurements, and photos.

Review the insurance companies estimate for items not estimated Compose a supplement estimate in Xactimate Negotiate with the adjuster on your behalf.

Full-Service Supplement Writing

We will inspect the property with or without the adjuster for storm damages, including all elevations, roof, and interior.

We will create scope notes & take photos Compose a supplement estimate in Xactimate Negotiate with the adjuster on your behalf .

 

Cost: 10% of the Supplement RCV.
